How to book

  • Step 1 - Contact reservations

    Our homes, villas, and chalets are all unique. To help you find the perfect match for your client, we require you to contact our reservation team by emailing us at advisors@onefinestay.com

  • Step 2 - Find the perfect home

    Our friendly reservations team will send you a shortlist of handpicked homes, matched to your client’s requirements. Once your client is ready to book, we will collect a deposit or full payment.

  • Step 3- Arrange unique experiences

    Once the booking is confirmed, our concierge team will work with you to ensure everything is perfect for your client, including arranging any additional services they may require.

Using the onefinestay website

You can browse the onefinestay website to verify whether we have available homes, villas or chalets in your client's destination of choice. We always recommend contacting us before quoting directly off the website as rates and availability can fluctuate and aren't guaranteed unless quoted by our reservations team. Follow the steps above for a personalised quote.
